We may decline to supply medication if:

By booking or attending a clinical service:

  • You confirm all information you give is truthful.

  • You understand that services may require a suitability assessment.

We may refuse treatment if it is unsafe or clinically unsuitable.

6. Product Information & Pricing

We aim to keep product details accurate, but:

  • Images may differ slightly from actual products.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Stock levels may vary.

If a mistake occurs, we may cancel or amend an order where necessary.

7. Payment & Refunds

Where applicable:

  • Services and products must be paid for at the point of purchase or booking.

  • Clinical services may be non-refundable if cancelled within short notice periods.

  • Refunds are only given in line with UK consumer law and our internal refund policy.

Prescription items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.

8. Delivery

United Kingdom Deliveries Only

Balance Pharmacy only supplies and delivers medication to eligible patients at valid residential addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not deliver medication outside the United Kingdom or to international addresses.

We do not deliver to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, British Overseas Territories, freight-forwarding services, parcel-forwarding services or any address intended to forward medication outside the United Kingdom.

Clinical Approval and Supply

Completing an online consultation, submitting a treatment request or making a payment does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed or supplied.

All treatment requests are subject to:

completion of the required consultation and identity checks;

a clinical assessment by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional;

confirmation that the treatment is safe and appropriate for the patient;

the issuing of a valid prescription where required; and

availability of the prescribed medication.

We may contact you for further information before making a clinical decision. We reserve the right to decline, amend or cancel a treatment request where the requested treatment is not clinically appropriate, where further checks cannot be completed or where we cannot legally or safely supply the medication.

Where payment has been taken but treatment cannot be approved or supplied, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery Address

You must provide a complete, accurate and current United Kingdom delivery address. Medication must only be ordered for and delivered to the patient who has completed the consultation unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly approved by Balance Pharmacy.

You must not provide an address belonging to a freight-forwarding company, parcel-forwarding company or any other service that may forward the medication outside the United Kingdom.

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery where incorrect, incomplete or misleading delivery information has been provided.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Medication will only be dispatched once the treatment request has been clinically approved and all necessary checks have been completed.

Any dispatch or delivery times shown on our website are estimates and do not form a guaranteed delivery date. Clinical reviews, requests for additional information, prescription approval, stock availability, weekends, bank holidays, courier delays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

You should not make treatment decisions or allow your existing medication to run out based solely on an estimated delivery date.

Receiving Your Delivery

Some medication may require temperature-controlled packaging, prompt receipt or specific storage conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that:

the delivery can be received at the address provided;

the package is opened promptly after delivery;

the medication is stored in accordance with the instructions provided; and

any concerns about the condition, temperature or integrity of the medication are reported to us before it is used.

Where a delivery appears damaged, tampered with, unusually warm or otherwise unsuitable, you should not use the medication until you have contacted Balance Pharmacy for advice.

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to particular areas, use a particular delivery provider or require a signature, proof of age or other confirmation upon delivery.

9. User Accounts

If the website offers account registration:

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
