Vitamin B12 Injections

Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient that helps your body make red blood cells and maintain a healthy nervous system. A deficiency can lead to tiredness, anaemia, and neurological issues.

Vitamin B12 injections are used when deficiency cannot be corrected through diet or tablets, often due to medical conditions that affect absorption.
